Since November 2007 les frères Pérou have opened a top class brasserie situated within a very short walking distance to the Nantes Conference Center.
The kitchen is open  and overlooks the restaurant which can hold up to 120 covers. A private room is also available for business and family occasions for approximatly 30 people.

There is a warm atmosphere in a modern setting  and the wine has a important influence  on the decoration and ambiance. The Square offers creative and authentic dishes with local fresh seasonal products. The wines from the local vine yards add to the quality and pleasure of the meal.
